Protocol Development

Bootstrapped P2P consensus protocol (Go, Cosmos SDK) for JMES DAO
Built a dedicated blockchain protocol (JMES Protocol - written in Go)
Secured the consensus system of the JMES DAO with proof-of-stake mechanisms
Designed and implemented validator network architecture

Mobile Application Development

Bootstrapped React Native mobile app from scratch
Created Web3 connectivity libraries for mobile integration
Implemented wallet functionality and transaction signing
Served as usable prototype for investors and early users
Provided foundation for developer team expansion

Strategic Leadership

Defined engineering roadmap & strategy for the organization
Infrastructure setup (AWS/Docker) and engineering toolset selection
Designed EU-compliant token model and wrote yellow paper
UI/UX strategy and design system development
Responsible for providing technical answers to CTO

Tokenization & Compliance

Built tokenization model for art pieces (Warhol, etc.)
Ensured compliance with European regulations
Designed tokenomics structure for DAO governance
Legal and technical framework integration

So sad it didn't worked out, we were so close to the launch, and everything was working and ready but no more investors were interested in the project and we had to close. It was a fun cosmos hub project, somewhat of a community and ecosystem around arts and music, something between Web3 and IRL, NFT for access to some clubs and events, currencies, VR. A pure Art meet Blockchain berliner's style project, with a lot of interesting people and projects around. It was humbling and really "good karma" feeling where everyone was so smart, giving, loving people trying to deliver the best. Like all crypto projects, some rushes, some hard times, but overall, each of the individuals involved were so great, I loved working with them on that.
