First employee and first engineer of a social network — more than 2,400 hours building and designing the whole architecture. The full microservice stack (Node.js + AngularJS), a hybrid content-based recommender system, and end-to-end ownership of the infrastructure: IPv6/SSL, monitoring, backups, security. It scaled to 110,000 users in its first year and came within reach of a million before funding ran out.
