What began as a fan-made electronic-music website became a working independent publication. Hellectro covered the EBM, dark-electro, dark-wave and industrial scenes through news, reviews, interviews, releases and concert reporting. By building both the platform and its editorial identity, the project crossed an unexpected threshold: it earned press accreditation and VIP invitations to cover festivals, including Amphi Festival in Cologne. It was an early lesson in how a self-initiated project could create credibility, open doors and turn an online artifact into real-world opportunity.
