Overview

Co-founder and Head of Engineering for a real-estate tokenization platform serving both B2C and B2B. Designed its legal and technical framework for EU-compliant real-estate tokenization, including the whitepaper and tokenomics, application chain, currency, smart contracts and backend infrastructure. The company was exited on strategic divergence, but the RWA-housing thesis it proved was carried forward, and resurfaces as iREET.

What was built

Led tech and product for a B2C/B2B real-estate tokenization platform.
Designed the legal and technical framework, plus whitepaper and tokenomics, for EU-compliant real-estate tokenization.
Engineered the application chain, currency, smart contracts and backend infrastructure.
Carried the RWA-housing thesis forward; it later became iREET.
