Overview

Head of Innovation at a crypto exchange. The brief spanned strategy and the metal underneath it: an ICO whitepaper and tokenomics, a staking and multi-asset basket platform, and the integration of BNB/BEP20, Tezos (FA 1.2 & 2.0), TRX and USDT into the trading pairs — including an MIT-licensed Tezos transaction library co-developed with the Tezos Foundation. Lower down came the security and reliability work: transaction monitoring and signing, ed25519 key derivation, a pool system, live-status monitoring notifications and a CLI for minting and burning.

What was built

Led ICO strategy (whitepaper, tokenomics) and a staking / multi-asset basket platform.
Integrated BNB/BEP20, XTZ (FA 1.2 & 2.0), TRX and USDT into trading pairs; co-developed an MIT-licensed Tezos library.
Hardened core systems: transaction monitoring & signing, ed25519 derivation, live-status monitoring, mint/burn CLI.
